Common questions
Do I own my website?
Your site is built and hosted as part of your New Storefront membership. As long as you're an active member, your site stays live, current, and fully supported. If you cancel after your minimum commitment is up, your site is unpublished and we'll hold it for an additional six months — so you can reactivate it anytime during that period if you change your mind. After that six-month hold, the site and its files are archived and removed from our servers.
What if I want changes after my site is live?
Just reach out. Reasonable updates and edits are included as part of your monthly plan.
Is there a contract?
There's a minimum 6-month commitment to get started (9 months if we're handling your branding for you — see below). If you cancel before your commitment period is up, you're required to pay the remaining balance owed for those months. After your commitment period ends, you're free to cancel anytime.
How long does it take to get my site built?
Most sites go from onboarding to a live site in 4–6 weeks.
Do you handle all of the design?
Yes — every site is custom designed by a real person on our team, not an AI or a template. If you already have your branding in place, we'll design your site within your existing logo, colors, and brand guidelines, and your minimum commitment is 6 months. If you don't have branding yet — no logo, no set colors — we're happy to create it for you as part of the process. There's no extra cost upfront for that; it simply extends your minimum commitment from 6 months to 9 months.
Can I add e-commerce or other services later?
Yes — add or remove à la carte services like e-commerce, SEO, or booking at any time as your business grows.
